Apricot Smash

1½ oz Black Infusions Gold Apricot Vodka
1½ oz Bourbon
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
Club Soda (optional)
Lemon Twist

Combine Gold Apricot Vodka, bourbon, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

If desired, top with a splash of club soda.
