Apricot Seabreeze Cooler
2 oz Black Infusions Gold Apricot Liqueur
2 oz Dry Gin
2 Dashes of Grenadine
1 oz Lemon Juice
Top with Soda Water
Mint Leaf
Combine Gold Apricot, gin, grenadine, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain over ice in a rocks or collins glass.
Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a mint leaf.
