Fig Mojito
2½ oz Black Infusions Black Fig Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Agave
Splash of Soda Water
12 Fresh Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice
Lime Wheel
Muddle the mint leaves with lime juice in a pint glass.
Add the agave and Black Fig Vodka. Stir.
Do not strain. Pour over crushed ice in a highball glass.
Top with soda water, lightly stir, and garnish with a lime wheel.
