Apricot Collins

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Black Infusions Gold Apricot Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Dry Gin 
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Wheel

Instructions

  1. Combine Gold Apricot Liqueur, gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice. 
  2. Shake and strain into a collins glass.
  3. Add ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
